The lovely 4-star Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection, in a business area, boasts a gym, spa therapy, and various recreational opportunities. Located only 450 metres from San Jacinto Plaza, the family-friendly hotel offers a treatment room and an outdoor swimming pool on site, and great access to sacred landmarks like Cathedral Parish of Saint Patrick, just 1.8 km away.
The historical accommodation is nestled in the very heart of El Paso, adjacent to convention centres. Guests can visit El Paso Museum of Art, which is only a 5-minute walk away, and Gran Plaza Juan Gabriel which is only 1.7 km from the Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection. Visit San Jacinto Alligator Pond, nearly 5 minutes' walk from the lovely property, and feel complete harmony with the nature of United States. Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection is situated just a short drive from Tom Lea Park, and Bert Williams Downtown Santa Fe Transfer Center bus station lies only 0.7 km away. The accommodation is near a train station.
This El Paso property features 357 rooms equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels as well as tea/coffee making equipment. Guests can also use a roll-in shower and a separate toilet, along with such amenities as toiletries. Views of Franklin Mountains can be enjoyed from the rooms.

The room was beautifully decorated, offering a great view and a bed that was incredibly comfortable—a perfect setting for a romantic escape. The valet and front desk staff were warm and welcoming, even surprising us with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. However, some attention to detail in service could be improved, like the oversight with the coffee cups and checklist. The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us to explore downtown easily on foot and enjoy the various dining options available, especially at the 1700° Steakhouse with its West Texas flare and bold flavors using seasonal ingredients. We indulged in a glass of wine under the iconic stained-glass dome, soaking in the ambiance and enjoying the light bite offerings. the hotel's modified housekeeping service was sufficient, and the onsite bakery café and gelateria provided delicious treats. Overall, Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection offered a memorable experience with stunning views, rich cultural tapestry, and top-notch amenities. Despite minor flaws in service, it was still one of our favorite hotels in the United States, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family adventure.
